Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience in international sea and air freight or domestic operations
- at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role within the transportation industry
- bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- strong leadership skills to manage a team

- proficiency in data and technology tools relevant to logistics operations
- ability to travel occasionally
