Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 4 - 6 years related functional experience
- 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with DOT regulated positions
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Ability to connect and build rapport and relationships with associates and external customers at all levels
- Ability to work efficiently with time management and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual financial operating plan
- Ability to drive process improvement and lead change
- Must demonstrate ownership and responsibility for running the operation with a sense of urgency
- Strong written and oral communication including presentation and active listening skills
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Willingness to travel as necessary
- Willingness to work the required schedule and location
- Ability to complete employment application, background investigation, and drug screening
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead teams in a dynamic operational environment to consistently exceed established goals
- Establish and sustain training and competence for all supervisors and associates
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain quality associates
- Maintain effective two-way communication to motivate and recognize excellence
- Build strong relationships with associates, customers, and supporting departments
- Meet or exceed all customer key performance metrics and objectives
- Develop and execute annual financial and operating plans
- Lead a culture of safety and implement continuous improvement plans
- Identify operational improvements and collaborate with other Penske sites
- Ensure accurate customer billings and associate payroll
- Coach through safety observations
- Identify and seize profitable business opportunities
- Improve fleet and equipment utilization and maintenance
