Job Requirements
- Reliable commute or ability to relocate to Jackson, NJ
- Availability to work some holidays
- Experience in high-volume environments (e.g., fast food) is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in P&L management and budgeting
- Strong operational skills with experience in staff management and development
- Expertise in sales and marketing particularly in high-volume retail, restaurant, or entertainment sectors
- Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations preferred
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the facility operates smoothly and profitably
- Manage P&L responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain high operational standards and exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
