Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in operations, project/program management, merchandising or marketing
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in operations, project/program management, merchandising or marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to summarize and present updates to VP+ stakeholders
  • Good data acumen and experience working with analytics for post campaign analysis and optimization
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet
  • Bias for action, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity

Job Duties

  • Own the end-to-end homepage intake process including request tracking, prioritization, and cross-team coordination
  • Work closely with performance and analytics teams to consolidate performance results, monitor progress, and identify risks or gaps for escalation
  • Drive merchandise calendar alignment across global, regional, and promotional activities ensuring milestones and dependencies are tracked
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Supply, Legal, and Customer Care to execute promotions and operational initiatives
  • Maintain operational trackers, templates, and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency
