Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in operations, project/program management, merchandising or marketing
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, project/program management, merchandising or marketing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to summarize and present updates to VP+ stakeholders
- Good data acumen and experience working with analytics for post campaign analysis and optimization
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet
- Bias for action, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity
Job Duties
- Own the end-to-end homepage intake process including request tracking, prioritization, and cross-team coordination
- Work closely with performance and analytics teams to consolidate performance results, monitor progress, and identify risks or gaps for escalation
- Drive merchandise calendar alignment across global, regional, and promotional activities ensuring milestones and dependencies are tracked
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Supply, Legal, and Customer Care to execute promotions and operational initiatives
- Maintain operational trackers, templates, and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency
