Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Train and develop staff members with a focus on back of house operations
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
- Keeping an eye on food waste and inventory levels and fixing any food quality issues
