Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in related function
  • finance experience preferred
  • college degree in a related field preferred
  • ability to comply with all state gaming regulations including obtaining a license
  • ability to sit 20 percent of the time and stand 80 percent of the time
  • ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to carry up to 25 pounds

  • excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and multimedia communication skills

  • flexibility for irregular schedules
  • knowledge of gaming and alcohol beverage control regulations
  • computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Ensure/validate service standards
  • work closely with company functional departments to provide feedback and develop innovative solutions
  • ensure team members deliver exceptional guest service
  • review staffing levels and delegate responsibilities
  • review operational activities with executives
  • engage and recognize team members
  • address and resolve guest and team member issues promptly
  • respond to guest surveys and feedback
  • follow up on investigations to bring closure
  • assist in policy implementation and operational planning
  • recommend program improvements to executive team
  • provide management direction to department managers and supervisors
  • act as senior management in absence of directors
  • communicate operational status to top management
  • complete daily DSR reports
  • participate in monthly meetings and property events
  • track and report VLT damages and restitution
  • report to Director of Guest Experience and VP of Operations
