Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in hotel operations or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • availability to take on supervisory responsibilities
  • proficiency in English
  • physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • assist the General Manager in planning and overseeing daily operations
  • supervise personnel during the absence of the General Manager
  • handle guest service issues and ensure excellent guest experiences
  • enforce hotel policies and quality standards
  • maintain budget and operational cost controls
  • coordinate between different hotel departments to improve efficiency
  • monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support
