- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel operations or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- availability to take on supervisory responsibilities
- proficiency in English
- physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- assist the General Manager in planning and overseeing daily operations
- supervise personnel during the absence of the General Manager
- handle guest service issues and ensure excellent guest experiences
- enforce hotel policies and quality standards
- maintain budget and operational cost controls
- coordinate between different hotel departments to improve efficiency
- monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support
