Job Duties
- Assist with the physical setup of events including equipment seating and décor
- Ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored after events
- Support event activities including coordination with vendors and staff
- Address any on-site issues promptly and effectively
- Manage inventory and logistics related to event equipment
- Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials
- Interact with clients and guests professionally and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the event
