Job Duties
- assist with the physical setup of events including equipment seating and décor
- ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored after events
- support event activities including coordination with vendors and staff
- address any on-site issues promptly and effectively
- manage inventory and logistics related to event equipment
- coordinate transportation and delivery of materials
- interact with clients and guests professionally
- ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the event
