Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of progressive day-to-day transportation management experience
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and industry laws
- Excellent employee relationship skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Great communication skills
- Experience with FMCSA regulations as prescribed by the US Department of Transportation

Job Duties
- Monitor policies, standards, and operating procedures
- Oversee daily operations and troubleshoot potential issues
- Maintain strong relationships with employees and operators
- Develop, coach, and mentor high potential employees
- Assist with recruiting new talent
- Ensure highest level of safety compliance and assist in accident/incident investigations
- Control direct costs and manage operations budgets
- Ensure all routes are performed safely, reliably, and on-time
