Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration logistics supply chain management or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics management with supervisory or managerial responsibilities preferred
- Experience in international transportation and logistics management preferred
- Fluency in English required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint required

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of transportation and logistics operations including planning scheduling and coordination to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Develop and implement operational policies and systems to enhance efficiency safety and quality
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including productivity cost and quality to identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a collaborative work environment to drive team success
- Maintain strong relationships with customers partners and vendors ensuring satisfaction with services provided
- Collaborate with sales customer service and other departments to align business operations and customer expectations
- Implement Lean principles and methodologies to optimize processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Ensure compliance with transportation and logistics regulations and industry standards
- Utilize transportation management software such as TMS or WMS to streamline operations
- Ensure operational technology is effectively implemented and maintained
