Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years supervisory or management experience
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments

- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage complex projects
- Working knowledge of business finance, controls, and performance metrics
Job Duties
- Gain hands-on experience in core operational areas and support strategic initiatives
- Analyze business performance metrics including sales, gross profit, and inventory
- Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business unit strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community, government, and environmental stakeholders
- Demonstrate and promote the leadership values of the Republic Way
