Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
- five to ten years related experience or training
- knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to lead and motivate
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kronos
- ability to work independently or with little supervision
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business management, statistics or equivalent
- five to ten years related experience or training preferably in janitorial or facilities field
- excellent internal and external customer service skills
- ability to lead and motivate others
- strong communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- experience with Kronos timekeeper and mobile applications
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Ensure proper staffing to meet client needs
- ensure all supplies, materials, and work performed meet quality and budgetary standards
- maintain operating condition and security of equipment and tools
- maintain accurate inventory of company materials, supplies, equipment and tools
- conduct inspections to maintain quality standards
- evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- conduct regular training sessions on procedures and safety
- hold meetings with field supervisors and leads
- attend leadership training and meetings
- meet regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and solicit additional work
- oversee all janitorial operations
- manage supervisors who oversee staff
- ensure cleanliness of all customer accounts
- manage job starts
- manage safety program
- manage operations budget
