Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • five to ten years related experience or training
  • knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to lead and motivate
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kronos
  • ability to work independently or with little supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business management, statistics or equivalent
  • five to ten years related experience or training preferably in janitorial or facilities field
  • excellent internal and external customer service skills
  • ability to lead and motivate others
  • strong communication skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • experience with Kronos timekeeper and mobile applications
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Ensure proper staffing to meet client needs
  • ensure all supplies, materials, and work performed meet quality and budgetary standards
  • maintain operating condition and security of equipment and tools
  • maintain accurate inventory of company materials, supplies, equipment and tools
  • conduct inspections to maintain quality standards
  • evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
  • conduct regular training sessions on procedures and safety
  • hold meetings with field supervisors and leads
  • attend leadership training and meetings
  • meet regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and solicit additional work
  • oversee all janitorial operations
  • manage supervisors who oversee staff
  • ensure cleanliness of all customer accounts
  • manage job starts
  • manage safety program
  • manage operations budget
