Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years of relevant experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related fields
- Or two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years of experience in a related professional area
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficient communication skills
- Availability for full-time work in the PM shift
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional demeanor
Job Qualifications

- Ensures goals are communicated to the team regarding guest tracking and productivity
- Understands and communicates guest and employee satisfaction results to address needs and build on strengths
- Leads by example with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
- Follows specific property recovery plans and publishes guest satisfaction results
- Takes proactive approaches with employee and guest concerns
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains professionalism
- Assists in hiring decisions, team training, and scheduling
- Supports performing annual quality audits and understanding financial data
