Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years of relevant experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related fields
  • Or two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Two years of experience in a related professional area
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Availability for full-time work in the PM shift
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Two years related professional experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Ensures goals are communicated to the team regarding guest tracking and productivity
  • Understands and communicates guest and employee satisfaction results to address needs and build on strengths
  • Leads by example with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Follows specific property recovery plans and publishes guest satisfaction results
  • Takes proactive approaches with employee and guest concerns
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains professionalism
  • Assists in hiring decisions, team training, and scheduling
  • Supports performing annual quality audits and understanding financial data
