Job Requirements

  • College degree in hospitality management preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in food and beverage or hospitality supervision preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of word and excel
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily hotel operations to achieve planned goals for operational integrity as measured by revenue, house profit, and RevPAR index
  • Oversee housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage departments
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction
  • Ensure quality assurance and asset protection protocols are followed
  • Implement hands-on management to maintain customer service and cleanliness quality
  • Collaborate with General Manager and Assistant General Manager on strategic operational decisions
  • Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages excellence and positive attitudes
