Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure financial and service goals are met
  • hire, train, and develop store associates
  • implement operational standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • provide hands-on support and mentorship to associates to improve performance
  • maintain high standards for guest experience and operational efficiency
  • participate in store leadership training program to develop management skills
