Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service principles
- Proficiency in basic computer applications relevant to hotel operations
Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring they perform to established brand or hotel standards and HHM core values
- Ensure quality standards of complimentary food service stations are maintained
- Attend weekly meetings to ensure banquet event details match client requests
- Assist Front Desk Manager and Front Office Supervisor in creating front office schedules
- Manage labor and food cost expenses within budgets and forecasts
- Receive and inspect food orders from third party catering companies
- Work shifts covering Breakfast Attendant and Guest Service Agent duties
- Create specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely action plans to address guest service issues
- Serve as Manager on Duty when necessary
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
