Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience with budget and reporting responsibility
  • General Manager experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven team management and development skills
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Organized project management abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Familiarity with HR practices including hiring, talent development, and performance management
  • Ability to make sound decisions and motivate a team under pressure
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, navigate stairs, and work in diverse weather conditions
  • Comfortable working around unpleasant odors when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience with budget and reporting responsibility, General Manager experience preferred

  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams while driving results
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis to support decision-making
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building lasting relationships
  • Knowledge of hiring, talent development, and performance management
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to adapt to new technology platforms
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the market

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop teams by coaching, mentoring, and supporting Area Leaders to drive engagement and accountability
  • Drive operational excellence using data analysis and insights to improve processes, productivity, and service delivery
  • Manage financial responsibilities including developing budgets, monitoring expenses, and reporting financial performance
  • Own staffing strategy by forecasting team needs and collaborating with Recruiting to ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensure systems compliance by leading training efforts and enforcing safety and service standards
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to maintain client satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Identify growth opportunities to expand services and enhance client relationships
  • Conduct field operations including site visits to ensure service quality and safety standards, providing support to maintain seamless service
  • Manage fleet and warehouse inventory including vehicle compliance and maintenance
  • Develop talent by identifying future leaders and supporting professional growth
  • Lead by example through servant leadership, participating in frontline tasks such as trash pickup
  • Oversee and manage special projects from initiation to completion
