Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe Food Safety certification required

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure financial and service goals are met
  • Hire, train, and develop store associates
  • Implement operational standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Provide hands-on support and mentorship to associates to improve performance
  • Maintain high standards for guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Participate in store leadership training program to develop management skills
