Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of hotel operations experience
- leadership experience in Room Division
- strong problem-solving and people skills
- ability to motivate and manage a team with professionalism and empathy
- familiarity with hotel systems such as Choice Advantage PMS and Microsoft Office
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead with a guest-first, can-do attitude
- train and support team members in both front desk and housekeeping areas
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- conduct inspections and follow through on service recovery
- support deep-cleaning schedules, inventory tracking, and vendor communication
- step in as needed to support the team including shifts at the desk or in housekeeping
- serve as Manager on Duty during evenings, weekends, and holidays
