Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school graduate or GED
- 3 or more years audiovisual technical experience
- at least 1 year supervisory experience
- knowledge of audiovisual equipment and computer software systems
- ability to lead and manage a team
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts
Job Qualifications

- AA or BS degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years audiovisual technical experience
- at least 1 year supervisory experience
- extensive knowledge of audiovisual equipment and software
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Job Duties
- Manage audio visual systems in event venues
- track technical needs for events
- schedule and train AV technicians
- provide technical support during events
- interview, select, and coach employees
- conduct performance appraisals
- resolve employee and guest challenges
- schedule staff to accommodate business demands
- plan and direct technicians' work
- research new audio visual technologies and equipment
- communicate effectively with guests, management, and employees
- support property-wide safety and training programs
