Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to traverse uneven surfaces on job sites
- Must be able to travel within branch territory
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Qualified Applicator License preferred
- Ability to enforce compliance and safety standards
- Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in landscape or business-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or landscaping industry
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in landscape or service industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and company systems such as FSM and BrightPath
- Experience with mobile applications and digital communication tools
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to foster a team-oriented work environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and enhance productivity
- Supervise, train, and develop staff and conduct performance evaluations
- Execute labor forecasting and monitor expenses to meet financial targets
- Manage procurement and inventory ensuring adequate stock levels and equipment maintenance
- Enforce safety standards, conduct audits, and maintain compliance documentation
- Track and report operational KPIs and communicate daily with Branch Manager
- Lead operational projects ensuring alignment with branch goals and timely delivery
- Oversee resource planning including staffing and technology allocation
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute operational strategies
