Job Requirements

  • Ability to walk, bend, twist, and carry up to 50lbs
  • Ability to traverse uneven surfaces on job sites
  • Must be able to travel within branch territory
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Qualified Applicator License preferred
  • Ability to enforce compliance and safety standards
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in landscape or business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or landscaping industry
  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in landscape or service industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and company systems such as FSM and BrightPath
  • Experience with mobile applications and digital communication tools
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to foster a team-oriented work environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and enhance productivity
  • Supervise, train, and develop staff and conduct performance evaluations
  • Execute labor forecasting and monitor expenses to meet financial targets
  • Manage procurement and inventory ensuring adequate stock levels and equipment maintenance
  • Enforce safety standards, conduct audits, and maintain compliance documentation
  • Track and report operational KPIs and communicate daily with Branch Manager
  • Lead operational projects ensuring alignment with branch goals and timely delivery
  • Oversee resource planning including staffing and technology allocation
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute operational strategies
