Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in hotel operations or similar environment
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- proficiency with basic computer applications
- commitment to high standards of service and cleanliness
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- supervisory experience preferred
- 1-2+ years experience in guest service oriented food and beverage establishment preferred
- college degree in hospitality management preferred
- intermediate skills in word and excel required
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- strong organizational and project management skills
- strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Job Duties
- manage daily hotel operations to achieve revenue and profit goals
- oversee housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage departments
- maintain high standards of guest service and suite cleanliness
- ensure compliance with company standards for guest satisfaction and quality assurance
- foster teamwork and associate satisfaction
- implement asset protection measures
- coordinate with general manager and assistant general manager on operational strategies
