Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • OR two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Ability to perform hands-on job functions as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests
  • Commitment to maintaining hospitality standards
  • Availability to work full time
  • Willingness to work in a management capacity
  • Ability to handle employee and guest concerns professionally

Job Qualifications
