- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Ability to perform hands-on job functions as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests
- Commitment to maintaining hospitality standards
- Availability to work full time
- Willingness to work in a management capacity
- Ability to handle employee and guest concerns professionally
