Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in event planning or operations
- Experience leading virtual teams
- Ability to travel up to 50% annually
- Preferred availability during Eastern or Central Standard business hours
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with event management software
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, event management, or related field
- Proven experience in event planning and operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with event technology platforms such as Cvent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in international event delivery
- Ability to develop client proposals and participate in sales pitches
