Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel at least 14 days per month
  • Background check required
  • Driver's license required for multi-state travel
  • Possession of Real ID or Passport
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
  • Availability to work day shifts, holidays, weekdays, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the food industry
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Review location cost of goods and labor numbers
  • Assist senior Operations Managers with action plans
  • Conduct onsite visits to assess and improve processes
  • Create structures to improve quality control, customer service, and employee engagement
  • Assist in opening, converting, and onboarding location associates
  • Execute and implement new company initiatives
  • Assist in launching new locations
  • Spend extended time at locations as needed
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned
