Job Requirements
- Ability to travel at least 14 days per month
- Background check required
- Driver's license required for multi-state travel
- Possession of Real ID or Passport
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
- Availability to work day shifts, holidays, weekdays, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in the food industry
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Review location cost of goods and labor numbers
- Assist senior Operations Managers with action plans
- Conduct onsite visits to assess and improve processes
- Create structures to improve quality control, customer service, and employee engagement
- Assist in opening, converting, and onboarding location associates
- Execute and implement new company initiatives
- Assist in launching new locations
- Spend extended time at locations as needed
- Perform all other tasks as assigned
