Job Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in landscape or business-related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or landscaping industry
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience within landscaping or service industry
- Qualified Applicator License preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with company systems such as FSM, Arbor Notes, BrightPath, and MFP/WAR calls
- Experience with mobile applications for email and picture sharing
- Capability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to create and foster team-oriented environment
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to traverse uneven surfaces on job sites
- Must be able to travel within branch territory
Job Qualifications

- Preferably holds a qualified applicator license (pesticide or fertilizer)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and company-specific systems such as FSM, Arbor Notes, BrightPath, and MFP/WAR calls
- Experience using mobile applications including email, picture taking, and sharing
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to foster a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Analyze operational processes and workflows to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Supervise, train, and develop staff while conducting performance evaluations and fostering a positive work environment
- Execute labor planning and manage expenses to meet financial targets
- Manage procurement, inventory, equipment tracking, and vendor deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct audits, and maintain safety documentation
- Track and report KPIs using company systems to inform data-driven decisions
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and jobsite quality
- Lead operational projects aligned with branch goals
- Oversee resource planning including staffing and equipment allocation
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support operational excellence
