Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of housekeeping, front office, and breakfast services
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality
- Train, mentor, and manage department supervisors and staff to maintain high performance and professionalism
- Create schedules and monitor staffing levels to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues to maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and business objectives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
