Job Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a landscape or business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or landscaping industry
  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in landscape or service industry
  • Qualified Applicator License preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and company systems
  • Experience with mobile applications for communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to create and foster a team environment
  • Ability to walk, bend, twist, and carry up to 50lbs
  • Ability to traverse uneven surfaces
  • Must be willing to travel within branch territory

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, business, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or landscaping industry
  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience within landscape or service industry
  • Qualified Applicator License (pesticide or fertilizer) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experienced in company systems such as FSM, BrightPath, and MFP/WAR calls
  • Skilled in use of mobile applications for communication and documentation
  • Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to foster a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Supervise, train, and develop branch staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment
  • Manage labor forecasting and allocation to meet financial targets
  • Source products from preferred vendors and manage inventory levels
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure timely vendor deliveries
  • Enforce safety standards, conduct audits, and maintain compliance with regulations
  • Track and report key performance indicators using company systems and tools
  • Address customer service issues and improve job site quality
  • Lead operational projects ensuring timely and on-budget completion
  • Oversee resource planning including staffing, equipment, and technology
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to achieve operational excellence
