Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
- Proven success managing high-volume operations and leading diverse teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems, basic financial reports, and food safety practices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain airport badging
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Experience working in an airport or fast paced environment
- ServSafe or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with point-of-sale and back-office systems

Job Duties
- Support the Director in managing the day-to-day operations across all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, grab-and-go stations, and catering services
- Lead frontline and supervisory teams to ensure operational consistency, service quality, and compliance across all departments
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training to support productivity and guest satisfaction
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures aligned with company standards and airport regulations
- Ensure all operations comply with TSA, local health department, and labor laws
- Oversee daily operations of the food bar, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through training, motivation, and accountability
