Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in media or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience with programming and operational management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Nielsen, CRM, NextGen, and Music Master software
- Ability to develop strategic plans and manage budgets
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficient with Excel, Nielsen and CRM-related software
- Proficient with NextGen and Music Master software
Job Duties
- Direct, coach, coordinate and evaluate programming staff and department operations
- Assist and in some cases, lead in scheduling music
- Ensure seamless on-air operations, including scheduling, programming, and technical support
- Plan long and short-term programming and promotional strategies
- Develop operations budget and create strategic plan with General Manager
- Coordinate promotions with programming and sales teams
- Review all on-air network and syndicated programming
- Oversee digital presence of stations including website and social media maintenance, content and podcast production, and daily social media updates
- Create programming logs and ensure logged commercials, promotions, sweepers, and programming elements are aired
- Adjust logs as needed
