Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Experience supervising and developing staff
- Knowledge of employment laws and policies
- Ability to manage budgets and financial plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/AED certification required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform occasional bending, stooping, and travel between locations
- Must be able to work in varying indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to handle difficult situations and problem solve effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years prior management experience including budgeting, planning, developing, and implementing operational systems
- At least 3 years experience in personnel supervision, training, and evaluation
- Demonstrated experience in problem identification, analysis, and solution development
- Experience preparing administrative, statistical, and programmatic studies with analysis and recommendations
- Ability to support and develop a diverse environment
- CPR/AED certification
- Knowledge of company policies and employment laws
- Understanding of financial resource management
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to exercise deductive reasoning and problem anticipation
- Proficient in written and oral communication
- Computer skills including MS Office and club management software
Job Duties
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, and terminate staff in accordance with company policies
- Perform timely performance evaluations on supervised associates
- Compile reports on associate performance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and safety regulations
- Process and submit payroll for supervised staff
- Monitor uniform adherence
- Conduct daily walk-throughs of the club to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Manage Front Desk and Housekeeping operations
- Manage supply inventory through audits and loss control measures
- Develop and implement member-focused operational standards
- Act as Club or regional Manager on Duty as required
- Oversee day-to-day club operations ensuring safety and efficiency
- Manage financial performance of departments including revenue targets and expense management
- Prepare and implement action plans for monthly financial goals
- Maintain departmental financial goals and incentive plans
- Communicate effectively with management, associates, vendors, members, and guests
- Promote harmonious relations among members, staff, vendors, and community
- Participate actively in events, programs, meetings, and trainings
- Uphold the club’s mission, brand, and professional image
- Promote safety goals ensuring a safe work environment
- Interpret and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support club objectives and positive change initiatives
- Make professional development a priority
- Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
