Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Experience in hotel operations management or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle guest issues diplomatically and efficiently
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to hospitality
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to support sales and marketing initiatives

  • Leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams across departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset with problem-solving and conflict management abilities
  • Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge
  • Proficiency with hotel management software such as PMS and POS systems
  • Operational expertise in housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and maintenance processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills with analytical abilities to improve processes
  • Adaptability to handle changing priorities and resilience under pressure

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring front desk and housekeeping departments function efficiently and meet service standards
  • Assist in hiring, training, and managing staff to maintain a motivated team
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory requirements, brand standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with sales to promote the property and increase occupancy and revenue
  • Act as General Manager in their absence making critical decisions to ensure seamless operations
