Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Experience in hotel operations management or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle guest issues diplomatically and efficiently
- Familiarity with hotel management systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to hospitality
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to support sales and marketing initiatives

- Leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams across departments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset with problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge
- Proficiency with hotel management software such as PMS and POS systems
- Operational expertise in housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, and maintenance processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills with analytical abilities to improve processes
- Adaptability to handle changing priorities and resilience under pressure
Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring front desk and housekeeping departments function efficiently and meet service standards
- Assist in hiring, training, and managing staff to maintain a motivated team
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory requirements, brand standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with sales to promote the property and increase occupancy and revenue
- Act as General Manager in their absence making critical decisions to ensure seamless operations
