Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations or management preferred
- proficiency in hospitality software systems such as PMS and POS
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to handle guest complaints diplomatically
- knowledge of health safety and regulatory compliance standards
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- prior experience in hotel operations management or similar role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- proven customer service excellence
- understanding of budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
- familiarity with hotel management software like PMS and POS
- ability to multitask and prioritize operational tasks

Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring departments such as front desk and housekeeping function efficiently and meet service standards
- actively support sales team in prospecting and maintaining group and negotiated business
- assist in hiring training and managing staff ensuring a motivated team that delivers exceptional guest experience
- handle guest complaints resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
- ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements including brand standards and company policies
- collaborate with sales team to promote the property and increase occupancy and revenue
- act as General Manager in their absence making critical decisions and ensuring seamless operations
