Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience
- Experience in restaurant or food and beverage management is required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week, available every weekend
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 39lbs unaided
- Valid driver's license required
- Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Supervise a team of 15 to 50 plus employees ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer service standards
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance metrics
- Conduct routine safety and operational checks on attractions
- Train and collaborate regularly with Shift Lead and Front Desk Lead to align team goals
- Plan and organize daily operations to optimize productivity across all attractions
- Implement team performance, safety protocols, and customer service strategies
- Foster teamwork, communication, and engagement among staff
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a proactive safety culture
- Manage scheduling, inventory control, and supply management
- Serve as point of contact for special projects, holiday operations, and emergencies
