Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in restaurant or food and beverage management is required
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week, available every weekend
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 39lbs unaided
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of management or supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise a team of 15 to 50 plus employees ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer service standards
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance metrics
  • Conduct routine safety and operational checks on attractions
  • Train and collaborate regularly with Shift Lead and Front Desk Lead to align team goals
  • Plan and organize daily operations to optimize productivity across all attractions
  • Implement team performance, safety protocols, and customer service strategies
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and engagement among staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a proactive safety culture
  • Manage scheduling, inventory control, and supply management
  • Serve as point of contact for special projects, holiday operations, and emergencies
