Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • proficiency in hotel management software
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of front desk, breakfast and housekeeping departments
  • train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring adherence to hotel standards
  • foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
  • ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and addressing guest concerns promptly
  • develop and implement guest service initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience
  • manage scheduling, staffing, and payroll for front desk and housekeeping teams
  • monitor and manage budgets, including labor costs and inventory control
  • conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • implement and enforce policies and procedures for safety, security, and compliance with health regulations
  • act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless operations and communication
  • prepare reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and staff performance for upper management
