Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid, state-issued driver's license
- completion of all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to use technology systems including Microsoft Office

- ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- flexible and detail-oriented with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- able to recognize and solve problems effectively
- proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
- preferred experience in new restaurant openings
Job Duties
- Execute restaurant operations functions
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
- use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action
- deploy crewmembers during shifts
- provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts, promotions, and timeclock overrides
- ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the restaurant
- complete other duties as assigned
