Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • valid, state-issued driver's license
  • completion of all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to use technology systems including Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • possess a valid, state-issued driver's license
  • completed all required Raising Cane's company training programs
  • ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • flexible and detail-oriented with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • able to recognize and solve problems effectively
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
  • preferred experience in new restaurant openings

Job Duties

  • Execute restaurant operations functions
  • act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
  • use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action
  • deploy crewmembers during shifts
  • provide exemplary customer service
  • utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts, promotions, and timeclock overrides
  • ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the restaurant
  • complete other duties as assigned
