Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- have 3 or more years of restaurant or retail management experience
- hold a valid state-issued driver's license
- complete all required company training
- be able to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel when necessary
- be detail-oriented and manage multiple changing priorities
- demonstrate self-motivation, flexibility, and strong communication skills
- have problem-solving abilities with goal-setting and planning skills
- be proficient with technology including Microsoft Office
- preferably have experience with new restaurant openings
Job Qualifications

- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- able to recognize and analyze problems and create actionable solutions
- proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology systems quickly
- preferred experience in new restaurant openings
Job Duties
- Execute restaurant operations functions
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- execute shift management and meet safety standards
- use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and document results
- deploy Crewmembers during shifts
- provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition programs for Crewmembers
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
- complete other duties as assigned
