Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel management or operations preferred
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring efficient department functions
- Support sales team in prospecting and maintaining group and negotiated business
- Assist in hiring training and managing staff to maintain motivated team
- Handle guest complaints resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements including brand standards
- Collaborate with sales team to promote property and increase occupancy and revenue
- Act as General Manager in their absence making critical decisions and ensuring seamless operations
