Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel management or operations preferred
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with hotel management software preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring efficient department functions
  • Support sales team in prospecting and maintaining group and negotiated business
  • Assist in hiring training and managing staff to maintain motivated team
  • Handle guest complaints resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements including brand standards
  • Collaborate with sales team to promote property and increase occupancy and revenue
  • Act as General Manager in their absence making critical decisions and ensuring seamless operations
