Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Maintenance
- Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest service and promptly resolve guest issues
- Support hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members to deliver strong performance and engagement
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies
- Monitor daily operations, staffing levels, expenses, and inventory to support financial goals
- Lead or support property initiatives such as quality assurance, guest satisfaction improvements, and operational efficiency projects
- Serve as Manager on Duty as required including weekends and holidays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout all hotel areas
- Assist with reporting, scheduling, payroll entry, and other administrative tasks
