Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- possess a valid, state-issued driver's license
- able to complete required company training
- able to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- able to travel for work functions and training
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to bend, kneel, twist, reach overhead or below the waist
- able to navigate stairs and stay on feet throughout shifts
- able to work safely around hot equipment and cleaning supplies
- able to maintain clean and safe restaurant environment
- able to occasionally drive for work-related purposes
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- possess a valid, state-issued driver's license
- must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems
- proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
- new restaurant opening experience preferred
Job Duties
- Execute restaurant operations functions
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
- deploy crewmembers during a shift
- provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers in the restaurant
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides
- ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
- complete other assigned duties
