Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years prior management experience including budgeting planning developing and implementing operational systems
  • at least 3 years experience in personnel supervision training and evaluation
  • demonstrated experience in problem identification analysis recommendation and solution development
  • demonstrated experience in administrative statistical and programmatic studies with comprehensive analysis
  • demonstrated ability to support and develop diverse environments
  • CPR/AED certification
  • knowledge of company policies and applicable laws and regulations
  • knowledge of principles and procedures for hiring motivating and managing people
  • basic knowledge of financial principles and accounting
  • foundational sales and marketing skills
  • ability to anticipate problems and apply deductive reasoning
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • proficiency with MS Office and club management software
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • willingness to travel independently to property locations on a minimal basis

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • proven leadership skills with at least 3 years management experience
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • experience in hospitality or club management environments
  • knowledge of financial management and budgeting
  • ability to develop and implement operational standards
  • adept at problem solving and decision making
  • commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
  • proficiency in computer software including MS Office and relevant management systems
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and flexible scheduling
  • certification in CPR/AED

Job Duties

  • Hire train supervise develop and terminate employees according to company policies
  • perform timely performance evaluations on associates
  • compile comprehensive reports regarding associate performance
  • implement laws regulations and company policies regarding employment and safety
  • process review and submit payroll
  • monitor uniform adherence
  • conduct daily club walk-throughs to maintain clean organized and safe facility
  • manage front desk and housekeeping operations for efficiency and exceptional service
  • manage supply inventory and loss control
  • develop and implement member-focused operational standards
  • act as club or regional manager on duty as required
  • oversee day-to-day club operations ensuring safety and efficiency
  • manage financial performance of departments including front desk housekeeping locker rental and laundry service
  • prepare and implement action plans to meet department financial goals
  • maintain financial goals and incentive plans with senior leadership
  • interact professionally with management associates vendors members and guests
  • promote harmonious relations among all stakeholders
  • communicate timely and follow up appropriately
  • participate actively in events programs meetings and training
  • uphold club mission and brand in all operations
  • represent the club professionally in image dress communication and responsiveness
  • promote company safety goals and ensure safe working environment
  • interpret and enforce compliance with company policies
  • support club objectives and participate in corporate improvement committees
  • prioritize professional development
  • maintain flexible work schedule including day evening weekend and holiday shifts
