Job Requirements
- minimum education level as required by law
- previous leadership experience in warehouse or manufacturing
- knowledge of OSHA, AIB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA standards
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently
- skills in root cause analysis
- experience in training and mentoring staff
- strong team leadership capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to perform job functions including lifting up to 50 pounds
- legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- maintain a safety-first culture in our food-based fulfillment center meeting environmental, health, quality and safety metrics
- oversee day-to-day operations driving performance to meet company goals and prepare operating reports with key performance indicators
- lead and motivate large cross-functional teams including receiving, production, inventory control and shipping
- champion continuous improvement efforts and implement best practices
- foster effective communication and collaboration among warehouse departments coordinating with logistics, inventory and distribution teams
- develop a highly effective site leadership team by setting clear goals and delegating key responsibilities
- analyze production data to identify and implement corrective actions preventing recurrence of issues
- build strong professional relationships with direct reports and HR business partners and maintain accurate administrative records
