Job Requirements

  • minimum education level as required by law
  • previous leadership experience in warehouse or manufacturing
  • knowledge of OSHA, AIB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA standards
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently
  • skills in root cause analysis
  • experience in training and mentoring staff
  • strong team leadership capabilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical ability to perform job functions including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties

  • maintain a safety-first culture in our food-based fulfillment center meeting environmental, health, quality and safety metrics
  • oversee day-to-day operations driving performance to meet company goals and prepare operating reports with key performance indicators
  • lead and motivate large cross-functional teams including receiving, production, inventory control and shipping
  • champion continuous improvement efforts and implement best practices
  • foster effective communication and collaboration among warehouse departments coordinating with logistics, inventory and distribution teams
  • develop a highly effective site leadership team by setting clear goals and delegating key responsibilities
  • analyze production data to identify and implement corrective actions preventing recurrence of issues
  • build strong professional relationships with direct reports and HR business partners and maintain accurate administrative records
