Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hotel operations experience
  • leadership experience in room division
  • strong problem-solving and people skills
  • ability to motivate and manage a team with professionalism and empathy
  • familiarity with hotel systems such as Choice Advantage PMS and Microsoft Office
  • comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead with a guest-first, can-do attitude
  • train and support team members in both front desk and housekeeping areas
  • oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management
  • conduct inspections and follow through on service recovery
  • support deep-cleaning schedules, inventory tracking, and vendor communication
  • step in as needed to support the team including shifts at the desk or in housekeeping
