Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • Five to ten years related experience or equivalent combination
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Knowledge of equipment, materials, and supplies used in maintenance work
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business management or related field
  • Five to ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in janitorial or facilities management preferred
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Kronos timekeeper, and mobile applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Ensure proper staffing to meet client needs
  • Ensure all supplies, materials, and work performed meet quality and budgetary standards
  • Maintain the operating condition and security of all company tools and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory of company materials, supplies, equipment, and tools
  • Conduct inspections to ensure company quality standards
  • Evaluate employee performance and discuss evaluations
  • Conduct regular training sessions on job procedures and safety
  • Hold meetings with field supervisors and leads
  • Attend trainings and meetings with leadership team
  • Meet with customers regularly to meet needs and solicit additional work
  • Oversee all janitorial operations
  • Manage supervisors overseeing the staff
  • Ensure cleanliness of all customer accounts
  • Manage job starts
  • Manage safety programs
  • Manage operations budget
