Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
- Five to ten years related experience or equivalent combination
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Knowledge of equipment, materials, and supplies used in maintenance work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
- Able to work independently
- Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business management or related field
- Five to ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in janitorial or facilities management preferred
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Kronos timekeeper, and mobile applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Ensure proper staffing to meet client needs
- Ensure all supplies, materials, and work performed meet quality and budgetary standards
- Maintain the operating condition and security of all company tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory of company materials, supplies, equipment, and tools
- Conduct inspections to ensure company quality standards
- Evaluate employee performance and discuss evaluations
- Conduct regular training sessions on job procedures and safety
- Hold meetings with field supervisors and leads
- Attend trainings and meetings with leadership team
- Meet with customers regularly to meet needs and solicit additional work
- Oversee all janitorial operations
- Manage supervisors overseeing the staff
- Ensure cleanliness of all customer accounts
- Manage job starts
- Manage safety programs
- Manage operations budget
