Job Duties

  • Direct and guide the work of teams across multiple manufacturing areas
  • Manage two or more direct reports including supervisors and professionals
  • Monitor and achieve operational and financial goals within the area of responsibility
  • Conduct people management activities such as hiring, training, rewarding, and terminating employees
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to meet short-term challenges
  • Solve problems following operational policies while understanding the broader departmental impact
  • Interact frequently with internal and external representatives to resolve operational and scheduling issues
