Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years prior management experience including budgeting, planning, developing, and implementing operational systems
- At least 3 years experience in personnel supervision, training, and evaluation
- Demonstrated problem identification, analysis, and solution development skills
- Ability to prepare and complete comprehensive administrative and programmatic studies
- Demonstrated ability to support diversity in the workplace
- CPR/AED certification
- Knowledge of company policies and applicable laws and regulations
- Understanding of economic, accounting, and financial principles
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Strong problem anticipation and deductive reasoning skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and club management software
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to engage with members and clients in various settings
- Ability to travel independently to property locations as required
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of personnel resource management principles and procedures
- Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles and financial report understanding
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing principles, and techniques
- Ability to anticipate problems and apply deductive reasoning to solve issues
- Strong written and oral comprehension and expression skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs and club management software
Job Duties
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, and terminate employees in accordance with company policies
- Perform timely performance evaluations on supervised associates
- Compile comprehensive reports regarding associate performance
- Implement employment, safety laws, regulations, and company policies
- Process, review, and submit payroll for supervised staff
- Monitor uniform adherence of all staff
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure a clean, organized, and safe facility
- Manage Front Desk and Housekeeping operations for efficiency and exceptional service
- Manage supply inventory through monthly audits and loss control measures
- Develop and implement member-focused operational standards
- Act as Club or regional Manager on Duty as needed
- Oversee day-to-day Club operations with visible management presence
- Manage financial performance and meet revenue targets for various departments
- Prepare and implement action plans to meet or exceed financial goals
- Maintain departmental financial goals and incentive plans
- Communicate effectively with senior management, associates, vendors, members, and guests
- Promote harmonious relations among all stakeholders
- Participate actively in required events, programs, meetings, and trainings
- Ensure the Club mission and brand are upheld in all operations
- Represent the Club professionally in image, dress, and communication
- Promote company safety goals and ensure a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support and participate in corporate committees and continuous improvement initiatives
