Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- three plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- flexible to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- able to travel for work-related functions and training
- self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic
- able to recognize and analyze problems and implement solutions
- proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office
- able to work both independently and collaboratively
- detail-oriented and organized
- prior new restaurant opening experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Three plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- new restaurant opening experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- able to work independently and collaboratively
- detail-oriented and organized
- able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions
Job Duties
- Executes restaurant operations functions
- acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant
- manages cash handling and ensures accountability
- enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards
- executes shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
- deploys crewmembers during a shift
- provides exemplary customer service
- utilizes reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts, promotions, and timeclock overrides
- ensures cleanliness and proper working order of the restaurant
- completes other duties as assigned
