Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- ability to manage multiple departments
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in problem solving and conflict resolution
- availability for full-time schedule
- commitment to professionalism and courtesy to guests and employees at all times
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience
- or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
- understanding of employee and guest satisfaction metrics
- ability to lead by example with energy and enthusiasm
- knowledge of financial statements, sales, and performance data
- experience in customer service and hospitality environment

- support the successful execution of all operations in hotel departments
- manage staff across multiple operational areas
- improve guest and employee satisfaction continually
- maximize the financial performance of the department
