Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Ability to manage and lead teams
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work full time

Job Duties
- Assist in executing all hotel operations including Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance
- Manage staff and lead specific teams to meet or exceed property goals
- Improve guest and employee satisfaction continuously
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures
- Foster a motivating, empowering, and teamwork-driven property environment
- Understand employee and guest satisfaction results and develop improvement plans
- Communicate and update goals and results with employees
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to guest concerns
- Participate in hiring decisions and conduct employee orientations
- Conduct quality audits and review financial statements to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Perform scheduling and hourly job functions as needed
